What is SitesManager ?

SitesManager is a Project / Site Management system that enables you to monitor and manage Projects or Sites, from basic site auditing requirements with document management to more complex needs for Operational and Commercial control.

SitesManager ensures ALL Project / Site information is in one place and provides instant access and total visibility to live data with complete traceability of all Project / Site related actions.

Dashboards and KPI indicators are automatically populated with data showing LIVE Project status and key information. So the Operational AND Commercial Project / Site status is alwyas known.

All Employees and Sub-Contractors are assigned to the Project / Site together with their Training Certificates ensuring correctly qualified personnel are working on Site. Plus all Plant & Equipment can be assigned to the Site, with Hire charges captured and Plant can also be moved to other sites.

Although primarily developed for the Construction and Demolition industries, because of the extensive configuration options, SitesManager can be used for ANY industry where Project / Site Management or local Site Auditing is required.

How does SitesManager Work ?

SitesManager is a Cloud Based System (SaaS), so no local IT infrastructure is required and the system can be accessed from anywhere with internet access.

All Project / Site related information is added or automatically uploaded from local site audits to a User-defined Document Structure. Absolutely any information can be added, such as, Contract & Client Details, Progress Reports, Programme, Work Inspections, Snags & Defects, RAMS, EWN’s, EFI’s, Drawings, Timesheets, Permits, H&S Inspections, Commercial CVR with Budgets, Forecasts, Actuals, Gross Profits etc…

Local Site Audits are performed using APP’s available on all platforms, i.e. iOS & Android Tablets and Phones. Audited data is captured through user defined templates and is automatically uploaded to SitesManager and to the appropriate area within a document structure.

The Project / Site information is continually updated with Calendar Events triggering system alerts and emails created automatically for all Site activities requiring actions or attention.

User access is controlled through comprehensive Access Control and APP only access can also be granted.
